FitCraft Tailor Shop provides tailoring, alterations, and repair services. All work is performed at our discretion based on our professional assessment of each garment
Quotes are provided after physical inspection of the garment. Prices may change if the actual work required differs from the initial assessment. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding.
Standard turnaround times are estimates. We aim to complete work within quoted timeframes but cannot guarantee specific completion dates. Express service is available for additional fees.
Payment is required at the time of pickup. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. For orders over $500, a 50% deposit may be required.
Completed garments must be collected within 30 days of notification. Garments not collected within 90 days may be disposed of without compensation.
If you are not satisfied with our work, return within 7 days and we will make adjustments at no additional cost. This does not apply if you have altered, worn, or washed the garment after collection.
While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for damage to garments that are already weakened, worn, or unsuitable for alteration. We will advise you of any risks before proceeding.
We hold completed items for 90 days. After this period, items become the property of FitCraft Tailor Shop and may be disposed of.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.
